I am new here and found a wealth of information from you all as I have lots of problems and having tests which started in 2015 l have Shogrens Syndrome and Bronchectisis I think I have spelled it wrong I have lots of symptoms very bad balance blurred vision sore eyes breathlessness also have. trembling in arms and hands was in hospital a couple of weeks ago and had intravenous antibiotics then on to oxygen as I had low oxygen when I spoke about B12 I was told it was okay I don't wa not to go on too long but when I spoke about mma tests and various other tests none of the DRs have heard of them I only know because of this great sight and you very clever people sorry for the long post 71jp
