High RBC, low WBC

Hi

I’ve been having b12 shots for about a year now due to constantly low b12 that wouldn’t respond to diet or oral supplements. Had a blood test for unrelated issues and my RBC is pretty high but WBC slightly low. Doctor wrote ‘to be expected’ on results?? Not seeing him for 2 weeks. Could it be the b12 shots making me produce too many red cells?

Anyone else had this?

Thanks x

When you say high, is it above range? If there are too many RBCs and of smaller size, then you might need to check your iron levels.
