Anyone know a Methylcobalamin source in Europe?

When it comes to B12 injections, one of the reasons why hydroxocobalamin is better than methylcobalamin is that the former is much, much easier to source. Especially if you want it in a safe form (i. e., in single-use ampoules, not make it up yourself bacteria incubators).

Methylcobalamin is much less stable in solution that hydroxocobalamin. It needs to be stored and shipped refrigerated.

Methylcobalamin is especially difficult to source in Europe. It seems that Europeans aren’t so keen to swallow the ‘only methyl is any good’ rubbish that is popular in the US.

Is there any reason why you want methylcobalamin instead of hydroxocobalamin?

Some people seem to prefer hydro but methylcobalamin has been life changing for me albeit more expensive.

Don’t think they sell to public anymore. Ampoules are arnika. It is pricey but works ok for me as inject monthly now. Was useful at the beginning as was able to talk to the doctor a lot who was very helpful but obv not affordable for all.

Think it was good for me as I needed quite a lot of hand holding at the beginning lol

Intravita no longer stock methyl! I just tried to reorder from them.

Think Wedgewood said you can order direct from arnika now. I tried out of curiosity but didn’t have any luck with response (will try again). Only other place I know is skin Brighton where I usually buy but obv costs a lot more
