B12 level of 126? Is this really low

Hi just been told my b12 is 126 and to see my doctor my red blood cells is also low but said to repeat this in 4 weeks? Anyone had this before thank you xx

Hi.

My level was 124 if I remember right & was told I also had Macrocytic Anemia due to low red blood count. I know ranges do vary but yes, 126 is low B12.

Thank you all I have been told is low b12 and low red bloods and to see my doctor and to repeat bloods on a month for the red blood cells! I’m so tried headache can I do anything to help? I don’t see the doctor till the 18th
