How to start B12 injections and where to buy ?

Hi there,

As I’m new to this ...I would like to ask you guys for ur help. Me n my nutritionist decided that I should go for B12 injections as loaznges are not helping me. Symptoms are getting worse. Please could u guide me where can I buy B12 ampules preferably Methyl form and what else I need to buy like needles synergies what kind of how much where ? How to start inject myself and with which dose to start for sensitive person ? How often to inject ? I need help please! Thank you

Thank u I also rang them and ordered pretty expensive but ...I need it . Did u feel better after injections and was instructions easy to understand ? Did u feel better after injections and wasn’t h scared to self inject? How long it took for u to feel better and what symptoms u had of deficiency? Many thanks

Hi Ari3, for me it’s made a huge difference. For me it was mainly complete lack of energy, fatigue etc. I did 6 one week apart and now do once a month. I was a bit hesitant about self injection and spoke to the doctor quite a lot for reassurance lol. Now find it really straight forward. Started to feel much better after about 3rd injection I think.

Thanks for your reply much appreciated.Did bloods also showed u r very low or u can’t absorb? Was it painful at first and was u scared ? I have now ordered mine and waiting for delivery from the same company as yours . U mentioned u was talking to a doctor means from the website u gave me ? What did she say? Yes I spoke to her also and she said for first 3-6 weeks one injection 1000 units a week and than maintaining dose one a month or so. Iam so so scared now how it will be . Were instructions easy to understand ? Many thanks
