dizziness

Does anyone know how if the dizziness and sickness subside when taking B12 medication? Thanks in advance.

My I tial symptom was virtigo and staggering gait. The B12 injections did stop this . It did take a while. I also did Cawthorne pysio to help meanwhile. I did vomit with virtigo but I imagine that would give at sane time. Hope you get some relief soon

I have just finished 4/weekly injections and my dizziness is still bad.

Alot of my symotoms did get worse before better. I had loading doses 6 over 2 weeks. Then 6 weeks off. Every other day started again and 2 weekshops into that made progress. I'm 6 months in now . At the moment on weekly but intend to go 2 weekly . Hope you improve soon

I am going to self inject since I think I should of done the every other day prior to the weekly. Again, I don’t think anyone should have to do this. A doctor should know how to treat properly. I am so dizzy right now and my heart beats out of my chest while standing!

Hope more regular I jections help. I pushed to go back to every other day at my surgery. Cawthorne pysio does help. I wish you well.
