Haemoglobin level 140

Been feeling up and down but just gone through some recent results and although it’s down as normal my level is at 140 (I am male btw). I have done a bit of reading and it seems this is very much the low end of normal. B12 Jabs every 4 weeks and at the 2 week point and started feeling rough again. Face tingles are my most worrying symptom. Should I be doing something about my iron levels or is this unrelated. Thanks in advance all

Please take medical advice in relation to the iron - if you are talking about ferritin measure this is only one measure of your iron status and you really need to look at the whole picture to decide if someone is iron deficient.

If you have a problem absorbing B12 it can affect other vitamins and mineral - particularly iron and folate. There isn't a direct link between B12 deficiency and iron deficiency.

It sounds like you really need B12 every 2 weeks if that is when symptoms are coming back.
