Finally plucked up the courage to self inject my B12, but now can't find a supplier with any in stock! Also not sure what else I need with regards to needles, swabs etc. can anyone supply me with a shopping list.

I couldn't get bodfeld to deliver to England, country drop down box didn't work, have you ever had a an issue?

I ended up ordering from them through Amazon.de (use in chrome and they convert to English! ) bit more expensive, but I just wanted to get them in case I bottle doing SI !!

I paid with PayPal and it just inserted the deliver address directly from there with no problem.

Got an email the next day to say it had been despatched so everything must have gone through okay.

Chrome translation is great 👍

Alternatively for "paraphenalia" for injection, use a local needle exchange service. Usually they only ask for initials and date of birth and possibly start of post code. I just let them assume I was needing them for steroid injection.

Needles (21G to suck up and 23G or 25G to inject; 1" in size) plus barrels (2.5ml), swabs, sharps box and a black plastic back so nobody knows what's in your package!

UK doctor in Brighton. Expensive but excellent service and no charges for telephone consultations etc with the doctor. I personally prefer getting from UK but prices not right for all.
