are you looking for injectable adenosyl - personally not come across it and it is very unstable so difficult to transport etc.

You can get it in tablet forms - sublingual/oral - and a number of health food suppliers provide it in this form

Try getting Hydroxocobalamin for injection. In the U.S., cyanocobalamin is form widely used for injection. The methylcobalamin form may be purchased in the U.K., but it is lyophilized. Some drugs must be stored in powdered form because they rapidly lose their power once they are mixed into a solution. These drugs will then have to be reconstituted, or mixed with a liquid, called the diluent, before they can be administered. This may be more than you wanted to know. The best oral form is methylcobalamin, and don't be afraid to take at least 1000 mcg per day. If you have true PA, you need injections.

Have read a few times about difficulties purchasing the injectable form and need to store in fridge but we have bought both methyl and adenosyl direct from here and they say to be stored between 5 and 25 degrees C.
