Sorry to bother you, but you seem to be the go to person on where to source b12 ampoules!

I'm biting the bullet and getting started on SI, I currently pay privately and have methylcobalamin injections but can't afford to have them as regularly as needed! I see you have posts about Hydroxocobalamin, is there any significant difference? In your opinion are both pretty much the same?

It’s absolutely no bother . Yes I have tried both Hydroxocobalamin and Methylcobalamin. I did not find that Methyl was any better for me than Hydroxocobalamin . But I know I was mad keen to try the Methyl , having heard that it was superior . It may well be better for some people , so when I phoned Arnika and Munich and found that they were supplying U.K. again , I thought I should let everyone know .

Hydroxocobalamin is cheaper , much easier to obtain and more stable than Methyl . Methyl needs to be refrigerated , and Hydroxocobalamin just needs to be kept below 25 c . All should be kept in the dark .

versandapo.de seems to be out of stock very often , so I use bodfeld-Apotheke.de at the moment -10 ampoules €6.20 I always order 100 because I use one a week and the use -by date is about 2 1/2 years hence .Courier charges are the same no matter how many you order . (€9.00) If I were you I would feel inclined to try Hydroxocobalamin. You will need a translation app if you don’t do German .

amazon.de have a site in English, where you can get Hydroxocobalamin. But some of the German online pharmacies that sell to Amazon.de , only ship to Germany . So you need to trawl through them to find one that ships to UK . Bodfeld sells through them , but charge double the price to what they charge if you buy from them directly !

Search for ‘Rotexmedica Vitamin B12 depot’

It’s important to put ‘depot’, or you might get the Cynocobalamin form of B12 .

The number you have used is correct , but when dialling abroad , you need to omit the 0 before the regional dialling code so use 0049 89 452 468 468

You can phone tomorrow from 7.00 ( 8.00 in Germany )
