My HOMOCYSTEINE 11.4 H and METHYLMALONIC ACID 97 (87-318 nmol/L)
I understand that with high MMA means that I have B12 deficiency but that is not the case reported from the blood test but I do have high Homocysteine, perhaps I have issues with B9? Any opinions?

There are a lot of possible causes of high homocysteine - kidney disease, smoking, hypothyroidism, oestrogen deficiency, use of various medications, genetic problems - as well as low B12 or folate.
Have you had your folate levels checked? If they were low, try taking a supplement (400 mcg a day should be enough). If they aren't low then you may be one of the small fraction of people who could benefit from taking methylfolate as supplement instead.
