Help can any one please tell me where I can buy B12 to self inject and what quantity I should be using many thanks

Hi Robert.

I got my B12 ampules from Amazon.de in Germany. They arrived within a week of ordering.

If you do a search for wedgewood, that will tell you everything you need to know.

Wedgewood was an absolute Star when I first started at looking into self injecting as I knew nothing at all about where & how to buy them etc.

I get everything else I need, syringes, needles, swabs etc from Medisave here in UK

As it is in German though you may need a translation app which I used.
