Folate is low. Try changing your diet to include more folate-rich foods and maybe take a supplement (400 mcg a day) of folic acid.
B12 looks fine.
Vit D is low, which is not surprising. Everybody in the UK should take Vit D supplements in autumn/winter - says the NHS.
Ferritin is a little high. I know nothing about that.

Ferritin is one measure of iron status - if you are supplementing you probably need to stop supplementing - but may point to the need for a full iron panel and full blood count if you haven't had these before.
If diet is good in terms of folate (fresh fruit and green veg) then you should follow up on the deficiency - folate absorption problems usually go hand in hand with B12 absorption problems so if it looks like an absorption problem then B12 could do with monitoring at the very least.
Thanks I do have absorption problems as I have had a bowel resection . Diet is generally quite good .
