Anyone else notice a change in heart rate with these deficiencies? My heart rate speeds up more than normal when I’m up moving around. But will go back down when I sit down and relax. Makes me breathless too. Started my first b12 injection this morning. Just need some reassurance that I’m not the only one experiencing this.

B12/Vit D and heart rate
Yes i feel like i can hear my heart beat, had 2 ecg as became scared as mine would speed up then go slower, ecg normal, but not a nice feeling
I was same breathless then my heart would speed up like palpitations but that can be part off the anaemia you will notice a difference once your getting b12 regularly ,I'm at the moment getting b12 every 3wks was getting every 8wks but I fainted and was very poorly so doctors decided to do this until I'm starting to get well again,I've actually got some energy which really does help but fingers, toes and weight loss still not better.
I don’t know much about the condition but it may be worth you exploring with your GP the possibility of PoTS. The NHS website has more information (just google ‘pots nhs’).
I think this can be an autoimmune condition.
Yes.
Someone on here will explain it much better than I can.
I used to get "Air hunger" where I'd gasp for breath a couple of times per day, felt like my heart was coming out my chest & that was while sat relaxing.
Since regular B12 injections though I haven't had it for many weeks now.

Even I m having B12 and D3 deficiency... my heart rate goes above 100/min , I feel breathless , weakness , giddiness and can hear my heart palpitations. But my RBC normal and Hb is normal too. I have taken 4 ml of mythocobal inj and now using sub lingual b12 as I get hives after taking inj.ll update you once I see improvements
I don’t like to see other people having this problem but it sure does help to know I’m not alone. Having these deficiencies sure can make someone think a lot of other things are wrong!!! It’s crazy to know that a simple vitamin deficiency can cause sooooo many problems. Please update your progress as I will also. Pray we are on the mend!
