In another post you say that you've only been treated for your B12 deficiency and iron-deficiency anaemia for four weeks. As the replies in that thread say, this is almost certainly too soon for recovery.
So it's probably too soon to be looking for sources of methylcobalamin. When you do decide that your doctor's treatment isn't sufficient you would be much better off trying more frequent hydroxocobalamin. It is cheaper, more stable, easier to source and is likely to be as, or more, effective than methylcobalamin. Additionally, you know that hydroxocobalamin causes no adverse effects in you.
I use hydroxycobalomin injection (once a month) from Germany and take methyl folate tablets (daily). Theory is to ensure sufficient methyl groups from the folic acid in my system that can switch out the hydroxy of the B12. I get the tablets online which are Solgar brand.
