You asked a similar question a few months ago so it would be worth re reading the replies to that. Has anything changed since that post, such as blood test results?

suggest that you consult a pharmacist if you don't want to bother your GP.
Whilst B12 absorption problems can also affect absorption of other vitamins and minerals - notably folate and iron - taking iron when you aren't iron deficient isn't going to help and could potentially (if dose is too high) be dangerous.
