B12 supplements

Hi can any of you guys help me by telling me..has anyone out there had a funny reaction from taking supplements at the moment I have a really weird sensation going from my toes up to my chest,like a vibrating feeling. I'm worried.

Are you sure it's the supplements? Process of elimination perhaps? If it's a new symptom best to get it on your medical records even on a telephone consult? Hope it goes as quicalypso as it came

Hi nackapan, no I'm not sure if it's supplements..but haven't taken any for two days and the feeling has gone off. Think I might be allergic to them..hope your keeping a bit better x

Oh that's unusual perhaps try another brand? I take Lamberts as some upset my stomach. Seem very gentle.

Better day for me thanks. Just having to retreat to dim room now as artificial lights a non goer. Thanks for asking. X
