Eligen B12, Has Anyone Tried It?

Good Morning Everyone,

I was just now googling and I came across an article about a new type of oral B12 supplement that supposedly is easier for the body to absorb (even without intrinsic factor.) I was wondering if anyone had heard of or tried it. It's called Eligen B12. Supposedly it "eliminates the need for painful injections." I'm suspicious of these claims since oral B12 has not worked for me at all. I found it on Amazon and it's not cheap, $50.00 per bottle. Before I waste my money I thought I'd check with everyone here.

Thank you.

I wouldn’t use it.

Their study wasn’t done on people with PA, so they have no proof that it works in those without IF.

The stuff they use to supposedly aid absorption can cause damage to the gut ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl...
