Suggestions on b12

Hi all, I havent posted here since my folate was low but again my folate has dropped to very low levels. My b12 last checked was in 300s but i have just got bloods took to see them all again. My symptoms are Extreme dry skin, room spinning feeling, strange taste and smell, body aches, headaches, pins needles in my arms numbness in arms, cold feet purple colour, when i stand my blood pressure falls drastic so spinning room feeling, sleep distrubance i will fall asleep dream then wake up rinse repeat all night. My body weight is very thin. My gp suggested i might be anaemic but cant say for sure due to it being "in range". But i got a whole load of bloods done. In the meantime do you think it would benefit me to get b12 strong sup that disolves under tounge?

Sounds like it mIght be an idea to get those results as quickly as possible. Also to see the doctor on what to do now. I'm sorry you so poorly
