What milligram of folinic acid should we be taking as a cofactor for B12? I have been taking a B complex pill but not sure if I should just be taking the folinic acid by itself or stick with the B complex.

I wouldn’t bother with folinic acid. It’s overpriced and overhyped.

400 mcg a day of folic acid (the cheap stuff from the supermarket) should be plenty for almost everybody.
