I do get B12 injections only once every 6 months but the change in memory behaviour etc is considerable so I would like to get them more often. GP not interested in giving more frequently

The cheapest and easiest way is to DIY.
You can buy the hydroxocobalamin ampoules from Germany - versandapo.de/advanced_sear...
You can get syringes from Amazon - amazon.co.uk/Plastipak-Ster... As well as sterile wipes - amazon.co.uk/JFA-Sterile-Sa... and plasters - amazon.co.uk/Reliance-Medic...
And needles from Medisave -
Green ones for sucking it up - medisave.co.uk/terumo-agani...
And blue ones for injecting - medisave.co.uk/terumo-agani...
Lots of videos on YouTube for how and where to inject. Or ask on here.
Hi.
I get my Hydroxocobalamin 1 ml from Goldpharma, in Germany. Website is in English, which helps! But you need a prescription? Link is goldpharma.cn/. Scroll to the bottom of the page and change the language and currency!
Versandapo were fine, when their website was in English, but even then, they sent me 2 ml Cyanocobalamin instead of the Hydroxocobalamin!
Fbirder is not wrong with the link, but you have to know/read German if you want to order from them now? There used to be an English page, but that has now gone!
I hope you find your B12, because I know how important it is to me! I self IM with blue 2.5 ml.
Yeah! 6 months is too long for us who have PA!
Hope you get sorted.
Merry Xmas and a hopefully healthy New Year.
Patez
