Optician says my eyes are healthy. ...phew. since B12 deficiency my brain just doesn't /can't do the extra work. I used to always have to wear 3 steps below my actual prescription as couldn't tolerate it. So now I need 2 steps up. My brain actually relaxed

So you right foggy me not to wait. So will have new glasses not soon enough.

Also walked okay . Just a headache from bright lights and testing. So not a bad trip out. Last time put of the house was 19 days ago for gp.

She also said taking lutein and zeaxanthin a good idea for eye health

Good to hear you have been out of the house Nackapan even if it was just for an appointment. A bit like myself .i also have had vision problems and am patiently waiting until 14 th jan to get tested . Light sensitivity and noise sensitivity is definitely a symptom I find more obvious when I’m due next injection.
