Worn out

Hi

So today I have been feeling so sick. While waiting on my time to get Reflexology. My abdominal started girlgiling (making noise) along with my lower back started feeling so uncomfortable and then I started feeling heat in my eyes and blood shot red.I could feel my face was so dry. My whole body is just in so much dispair.

Anyone experienced this and what's the cause? What to do to help it?

I've not had that. It sounds like an autonomic reaction. We're you hungry or had you just eaten? Just a thought

Stomach gurgling could be lactose intolerance. It could also be an issue with b12 deficiency as the intestines are controlled by nerves that are compromised during deficiency.
