I have a thyroid disease with multi problems... I was thinking maybe the b12 shots were making my blood pressure high. But then I remembered that it gets high all the time from my thyroid. But to make sure. The b12 is not what’s making my blood pressure high. I read up on it and can’t find anything that says yes it does.

No.

Low B12 can cause an increase in homocysteine levels which can raise blood pressure. So it's unlikely that high B12 can do so.
