head pressure and poor vision

Hi i was low at b12 one year before,i was suffering with headaches,dizziness and weakness.still the head pressure is with me and my g.p is saying it's a kind of migraine but iam having pressure all the time i dont have severe headache till now.i am having headache only left side while sleeping only..

Can anyone tell me is that migraine,anxiety or b12 deficiency...

Have you started B12 injections yet? I get this when my B12 runs down and then I have B12 after a long time of not having it.

I had injections already my b12 is 450 now..

I was experiencing head pressure and actually posted a question on here last year. I had more or less constant headaches, pressure at the back of the head and if I had to look under the bed for something I was reminded of when I was a child and held my breath to make my face go red.

I'm now self injecting weekly and I don't know that the two are related but I now very rarely get headaches and no longer experience that head pressure. I don't know if it is down to the B12 treatment or it was a cofactor...potassium, magnesium, folate or maybe something else but certainly it was one of the symptoms that seemed to improve when I started self injecting.
