Still having symptoms

Hi i was low at b12 one year later,i was suffering with headaches,dizziness and weakness.still the head pressure is with me and my g.p is saying it's a kind of migraine but iam having pressure all the time i dont have severe headache till now.i am having headache only left side while sleeping only..

Can anyone tell me is that migraine,anxiety or b12 deficiency...
