Hey, I don't know where you can buy them but when they were determining if my depression was linked to my B12 deficiency they upped my doses to every 8 weeks and it really helped with the tiredness and irritation. You can ask them to do that for a while - it's a legitimate request.

In UK, people with B12 deficiency with neurological symptoms are supposed to have B12 jabs every 2 months.

Have you considered joining and talking to PAS? Costs £20 for a year's basic membership. There may be a PAS support group close to you.
