Weight loss and head numbness, low b12 , folate and D

Hello Members,

I was deficient on B12 ,Folate and vitamin D and taking supplements from around 3 months and 2 weeks back I have done my bloods Serum b12 372 ng/L and Serum folate 12.8 ug/L and Vitamin D 110 nmol/L... from last six months I have reduced 10 kg weight and i am eating food regulary ..I am not sure the reason for unintentional weight loss.. 1) I am taking food as same quantity like before ..only thing spices not able to eat.. most of the I feel empty after eating even though indigestion

2) head numbness and head aches on and off.. initially 3 months back i was feeling numbness in head from sleep but later it disappeared..from last 4 days again feeling the symptoms and also weakness...sleep disturbances & allergies i the head...

3) also noticed recent bloods mcv ,hemocyte& haemoglobin are just below the range.

Can anyone please guide me or suggest me what should be done for my unintentional weight loss and head numbness..my GP recently referred but not as emergency appointment waiting time is 18 weeks in NHS..

I really appreciate if someone can help me in this.?

PS; Also all my bloods were ok..iron ,tsh,t3,t4 all are in normal range..

Check you PTH , active vitamine D and calcium level.

If your calcium is high and your PTH also you might have hyperparatheroid.

When this is the case you may not taken vitamine D pills this causes headaches and hartproblems.
