Hi i have got my blood tests back and i have tested positive for celiacs

I also have extremely low folate 2.7 (below range)

Low MCV

JUST ABIT HIGH (RBC)

Tsh level is 3.1

The receptionist gave me some d blood test copies dating back to 2013 and the celiacs blood test was positive then aswell and i had low folate and my TSH level was 3.7 i have had all these problems for years now i am only 21

The scariest part is the neuropathy it gets worse after i orgasm sorry for the details but its a burning tingling pain in hands and feet and legs and back my back burns the mote i orgasm the worse it becomes i have bowel problems aswell anyone have any help about thus neuropathy when i avoid orgasm or sex it seems to get better.
