Feet fall asleep easily

In the last few months, I've noticed that when I cross my legs, the foot of the upper leg will fall asleep within minutes. I also sometime wake up with my hand asleep because I've had it curled up in some odd way in my sleep. Has anyone else noticed this? Could be simply a matter of aging, but I'm guessing it's B12 related.

This does happen with me also - have you had your B12 tested?

I've PA for 7 years, self-inject and take sublinguals, so I don't think a B12 test will tell me much I don't already know. Last time I was tested it was around 2000.

it could be related to neurological problems or it could be related to circulatory problems. Have you discussed this with your GP.

Whilst B12 deficiency can cause both neurological and circulatory problems so could be involved there might also be other things going on

It sounds like a circulation problem. I’d go see the doc.
