Diagnosed with B12 & D Deficiency over a year ago with levels below 140(US) . Initially was on 1shot/month for first four months and then weekly for two months after changing my Doc who wanted me to take anti depressants. Then monthly there after but i am injecting Methyl once every week or more if needed. Most of my neurological symtpoms have reduced but anxiety(more in morning) fatigue and weakness is lingering. I felt better during the weekly shots but now had some work stress and moving and started to feel more fatigue. Is this common or am i doing something wrong. Is daily injections better option. I am taking herb ashwagandha for stress per my ND . Does it interact WITH b12

Asheagandha is known to affect the immune system, exacerbating autoimmune diseases webmd.com/vitamins/ai/ingre...
If you’re bedicienct in B12 because of Pernicious Anaemia then taking this stuff will possibly make it worse.
I, personally, found daily injections for a while helped as did Ashwagandha (immunomodulant) for stress.
Ashwaganda is recommended by Dr K in both his books, "Why do I still have Thyroid Symptoms, when my Lab Tests are normal" and, "Why isn't my Brain Working". He is a leading neurologist and researcher at Harvard into the gut/brain connection and its link to autoimmune disease.
My family and I all have linked but very varied autoimmune/thyroid/B12d. symptoms and take Ashwagandha. Dr K's research leads him to believe that damage to the vulnerable thyroid, is yet another symptom of autoimmune disease. Many doctors do not acknowledge this and will not treat autoimmune disease itself - the root cause of which is poor absorption of all essential nutrients from intestinal permeability, ie 'leaky gut', with B12 being the most difficult vitamin to absorb because it goes through a complex process in the body - beginning with hydrochloric acid, which vastly decreases with age.
Dr K's research puts it all together.
