My b12 was 134 and Vit D - 10. I am able to do household chores now, (after 3 shots of injections) can stand for long time etc. But my thighs still feel very weak. Shortness of breath is reducing. And tingling is mostly at night while sleeping.

Yes, all of them - and more. The shortness of breath (and palpitations, in my case) can also be folate deficiency (which works in with B12) and zinc deficiency.

What about your weakness? Do you still experience weakness and fatigue?

Now I’m getting all the correct vitamins and minerals (thanks only to a naturopath) those symptoms have mostly gone completely. I thought it was just B12, and so was only concerned with that, but it turned out it was everything! I eat really well, I just don’t absorb well.

Wow that's great. Naturopath is amazing. Can you let me also know what exactly do you follow? Even my body is not absorbing anything well. Otherwise my diet was fine

I’m in Australia, so not sure what you can get where you are, but she has me on all the B vitamins, folinic acid (I can’t take folic acid or methyl folate), vitamin c powder, zinc, NAC, magnesium. There’s a lot! Get all your bloods done through someone who cares xx

How do you know if you had absorption issues? Is any testing done. Have they tested your Homocysteine or MMA before injections. I am not sure where you are in India but I saw a Neurologist in Hyderabad. PM me for any details. Also see a alternative medicine doctor who is experienced in these only otherwise it will be waste of money
