Advice please

Hello

I was diagnosed with PA and B12 deficiency (result - 119) in May - I’ve had my loading doses and one top up since but every so often I feel the symptoms, weak wobbly, achey and muddled thought processes.

What else is important to be tested for alongside b12 as in does anything go hand in hand with it. The doctors aren’t v helpful in giving anything other than what they’ve done which I had to push for.
