I would like to know if anyone knows if the B-12 injections are Vegan free safe or safe B12 vegan pills & any safe multivitamins Vegan-free also if they contain Sugar

processed on Bone Spurs...I am now waiting to be tested for ALPHA GAL...If I have ALPHA GAL I would be Allergic to all GELATIN & MAGNESIUM stearate from animals &

it is also in some Vaccines that contain Pork or Beef products & countless medicine even household cleaning items must be eliminated...

there are plenty of vegan B12 supplements that you can take if your deficiency is due to diet. I would suggest not going for one of the mega-dose supplements but looking for something around the 10mcg level - 50mcg if you are currently deficient for a month or two.

You could check a supermarket supplement or ask your pharmacist if you are worried about the possibility of animal products in a tablet.

The injections don't use animal products

Thanks but very difficult to find clean B12 that have no Animal products added most switch countless B12 with ALPH GAL some try the B12 Oil then switch I even saw some saying Vegan & they were actually not, even multivitamins are issues & cross-

contamination is very high it would almost be like giving a Peanut Allergy patient a vitamin with peanut process I wish it was that simple...Sugar can also contain ALPHA GAL processed on bone spurs in plants...Still looking though
