So I am getting ‘hot flushes’ at the min since feeling unwell and then finding out I’m b12 deficient. But the doc said there is no correlation. Has anyone else experienced this or has any tips for dealing with it

I find it difficult to regulate temperature, but I'm always cold. Temperature issues can be due to thyroid problems (although mine is fine), or good old hormones, of course :)
