Just diagnosed with b12 def’ following 2 blood tests. Just had first loading injection two days ago and today I feel horrendous. Stomach is bloated and feels like it’s full of acid (if that makes sense). Is this normal, off to docs for second injection tomorrow but I just feel so uncomfortable tonight 😣 and wanted to know others opinions on it. Currently waiting on coeliac and intrinsic factor results.
