Feeling worried b12 injections

I ordered from versandapo last week and paid via paypal. it said the transaction had gone through, however I have had no emails and just checked my paypal account and no monies have been taken, should I be worried? and can someone tell me where else I can order b12 injections from please Thanks Lisa

Versandapo are very efficient, and I suspect that you may not have clicked on something (easily done). Did you get a confirmation email to say that your order had been placed? If not, you need to place the order again.

If it’s your first order I believe you have to pay through the bank, then afterwards they take card payments. I may be wrong but I am sure I had to do this.

Not correct, my first order went through without any issues. Paying by Paypal, as well as the Paypal notices, from Versandapo I received order confirmation, shipping confirmation with tracking info notices as well as a delivery confirmation.

If you check your Paypal account and see nothing for your transaction then as Hypopotamus stated it sounds like you missed something and this resulted in an incomplete order process. Also check your Versandapo account, if there is nothing in the order history then place the order again.

Hi amytom28. I agree with Hypopotamus and Hidden . When I placed my first order with VersandApo, I paid with PayPal and had no problems. And have placed many orders since, and all have been reliably processed and swiftly delivered.

Suggest you proceed as per their suggestions (check PayPal, order confirmations etc. and redo order if payments and mail confirmations not present).
