I am going on holiday to Bulgaria but due to a lot of things I have not been diagnosed with B12 deficiency but know I am B12 deficient and it is almost impossible to prove it to the NHS I am planning to go on holiday to Bulgaria and I will need to take injections with me is this possible as it is only a vitamin and not a prescription drug?

I don’t know 100% . I can only say that I’ve taken all my paraphernalia to Thailand and Germany , and didn’t have a problem ( stuff was all in hold luggage)
The only thing I would be concerned with is security when you board the plane. It's not to say they will not allow you to take the vial of B 12 on, but I remember hearing that certain liquid substances are not allowed on board because they can be used to set off explosives. How are you going to prove whats in that vial if it's not from a from a doctor? Im not insinuating taking B 12 isn't justified if you have symptoms and know yours is low, I just don't want security stopping and hassling you. Can you prove that the liquid in the vial you will take thru the check point is B 12? Where did the liquid vitamin B 12 come from anyway? If you get a doctor's note, it should be ok. Anything from a doctor should pass because people have medical issues fly on planes all the time...
