B12 injection and kit have arrived!

I posted earlier for advice on the order I’d made from the Australian supplier. I ordered last Monday late at night and they’ve arrived today! Now need to gear myself up to give this whole SI thing a go.

The company I used is VitaminB12Online.com

The pack included the needles and swabs.

Only concern is that 1 of the ampoules has been damaged in transit 😩 . They posted everything out in a padded envelope. Would customs open the parcel to check the contents or am I just unlucky?

I’ll be ordering from the German site next time I think.

I’ve also bought a multi vitamin and a folic acid supplement. Am I missing anything else?

I would get a yellow sharps box. These are easy too get, it means that your used bits go too be disposed of safely rather than in with your household rubbish
