Just want to check they are OK as different brand from previous. These new ones are Pascoe hydroxocobalaminacetat 1500 ug. Does any body else use?

I use them now that i can’t get Panpharma . They are fine , but expensive .

I considered Hevert , but didn’t want the 2ml ampoule . But the dosage is what I want . Pascoe is 50% more than required , but it makes no difference .

I recently switched to these. I have noticed they are less painful to inject (I was having issues with panpharma - very stingy to inject and I was concerned I was having a reaction). I havent noticed any other change... 😊

I shall brave it in a bit. Good if not so stingy.

I have noticed the same.

I usually use Hebert hydroxycobalamin, but was dreading the injections due to high volume (2 ml) and the pain.

Pascoe is much nicer to use 😊

Im glad someone mentioned the sting. I usually use cyanocobalamin, but I bought some Hervert hydroxycobalamin and no matter what I do that really stings. The cyanocobalamin doesn't sting at all. But the hydroxy especially if I do it in my leg burns pretty good, but in my stomach not so much. I guess there's more fat there. Because of the burning of hydroxycobalamine and supply issues, I decided I was going to go back to cyano. And it's easier to find. I was also wondering about the 1500 ampules. Looks like a good alternative.

A stronger dose in the same injection volume, and it doesn’t sting. And it comes from a properly regulated supplier. What’s not to like?

I use these as suggested by my consultant although a higher B12 dose the injectable volume is the same in mine (1ml). No sting and I don’t seem to get as low just before the next EOD injection due but I still can’t make it with a two day no injection window. That is what I am aiming for as a first step. Mine cost around 82p including delivery

Best of luck.

For same reason I have Pascoe which I inject EOD. I don’t notice any difference except the top is easier to snap!
