The doctor has told me to order 2ml syringes + 29 g needles x100 I cannot find 29g needles, is this maybe a typo on his part? Only my B12 brain is not getting my head around this. I am desperate for help xX

Probably, I asked what gauge and was told 25 or 26 for b12. Hope it helps.

Hi Katherine1234

This is a link to 27g needles. That's really fine and not too long - ideal for subcutaneous injection (easier and just as effective). I've got 25g which are the size diabetics tend to use and they are pretty fine too, so 27g will be even smaller :)

This site is also good for ordering - medisave.co.uk/terumo-agani...

or here, for 30g / 0.5" medisave.co.uk/terumo-agani...

I wouldn't be too concerned about trying to find G29. I doubt you would notice any difference between 27g or 30g and, I suspect, the doctor is trying to be sensitive to you giving yourself injections. I think, personally, I'd go for the 27g, to be honest.

I agree. I have just had good service from "Exchange Supplies".

The 26G needles are fine enough and much better than the 23G ones I was using.
