Hi Bloodblood123 I'm sorry I cannot give you a "name" but a wiser person than I has posted as follows:
B12 Side effects
The pimples/acne, is likely to be caused by microbes on your skin reacting to the additional B12 by producing substances that your skin is then reacting to. In theory this could be resolved by use of a good skin wash. You might have better luck talking to your pharmacist and seeing what they can recommend prior to your next maintenance shot - though there is always a chance that it was something that won't recur.
I used to get bad pimples and like boils on my thighs. They also seemed to reappear a few weeks before an injection was due.
They’ve more or less stopped appearing now so I must have enough cobalamin in me now. If you can get your injection early do it.
I still suffer with the level of UK dosage. B12 is something you can’t overdose on so early jabs aren’t a problem.
The U.K. recommended dose is in my opinion too low anyway and I always feel like my batteries are running down sometimes up to a month before. Depends on batches somehow.
The dosage I’ve got in the Canaries is much higher but I’ve had to pay for it. So I’ll see if this works for me.
