Considering stopping B6 for a bit. Hands sore and numb, and bottom half of face (still). Thought I had to take with B12?

Also for Ocd?

Thought tingling was from B12 deficiency, and maybe other minerals.

Cld be the b6? Came across a post here.

Dr. Weil also has some info on b6 toxicity, and the like.

Please do stop B6.

Whilst it is also used in some processes in the body that need B12 it doesn't appear to be one that is likely to be depleted when processes start running again ... or when healing damage done whilst B12 deficiency - whereas there is a high risk of toxicity - which generally reverses when you stop - but there are some cases where it hasn't

Thank you so much. I actually came across one of your posts, think that made me want to stop.

Probably effects brain nerves too?

Thank you again.

neurotoxicity is a real possibility at that level. In most cases it goes away when you stop supplementing.

2nd? day. Making huge influence on brain it seems, also ovulating/menstruating, so doing good despite that.

Face seems less numb, hands seem lighter?

Thanks.
