my results are b12 386,folate 5.2,my symptoms severe ibs.severe fatique,body aches and sensitive to touch,voice keeps sounding like i have a cold,breathless,night sweats.im 64 so not menopause.All worse when i have ibs attck just spent 2 day in bed.

what were the units and ranges

did you have a full blood count and if so what did your iron look like?

has your thyroid been tested?

Yes, your symptoms could be B12 but they could also be a large number of other things.

Serum B12 isn't a definitive test and people can be deficient at the cell level with serum levels of 386 but it's starting to get less likely being that far into the normal range.
