Blood tests (see my prev picture)

My most recent set of bloods as pictured the other day are normal they tell me. I will be asking for a copy this time but I will have to go down there for it. I am a bit shook up now. I am so fatigued in my arms and legs. I have tremors a twitches throughout my body and terrible anxiety. Also constant ear whistling and sinus issues. My neuro appt isn't till August. I just don't know what to do..
