How long can you have weekly injections, have burning pain in hands and feet if I’m one day late. Been having weekly for 12 weeks, due to stop soon. Waiting to see neurologist.

Hi Sarafielding123 fortunately one cannot "overdose" on B12 and normally "loading doses" in the U.K. are "on alternate days until there is no further improvement" in neurological involvement, in accordance with the N.I.C.E Guidelines.
