Has anyone been charged importation charges after already paying for the b12 and postage in advance when ordering from versandapo.de?

No. We are still in the EU, so no duty on anything imported from another EU country.

After we leave, who knows? But at least we'll have blue passports and bendy bananas.

I will have to pay it, its not the cost that bothers me but I just couldnt understand why id been charged it and if anyone else had same problem. It will add up in the long run though if they keep charging me!

No. And I got some only last week. My postman delivers mine.

I have been charged on other items like that from America.

Please, please let us know how you get on.

I received mine, no hassle, no extra charge... I would definitely investigate that, first with DHL.. And then with versadnapo..good luck 🤞

They are getting ready for March 2019. :-(

More seriously, the HMRC pages about charges/customs are here:

gov.uk/goods-sent-from-abroad

Sounds like DHL have made a mistake. Perhaps they do not understand that Deutschland is Germany? Given their trusted position as customs clearance handlers, it is very much unacceptable and should be subject to your complaint and (in my view) at least a token offer as an apology.

Hello Chippy, I’m new here and this is my first post. I am going down the route of self-injecting and my first order from VersandApo.de came this morning. Delivered by DHL. I paid for the vials and 9.00 euros for “forwarding charges”. It was delivered and signed for but no request for any other charges of any kind. I hope this helps. It looks like you should query your “importation charges”. All the very best.
