Hello all. I’ve been ill for around 6-7 years. Have been diagnosed with adrenal fatigue, fibromyalgia, depression, early menopause etc.. I called my doc Monday and jet her know that I had extreme fatigue and out of breath from vacuuming for 5 minutes and been experiencing heart Palps, non stop hot flashes and severe lethargy and depression. Went to hospital and had low oxygen but couldn’t determine reason. Long story short lab showed 288 B12.

My doc has offered shot therapy but only has synthetic cyanid. I’d like methyl shots. Do

you have to have a script to order SI methyl shots?
