Self injecting

Been feeling much better since the last injection from the nurse. Havent needed a patch yet which is great. Just wonder where to buy B12 for self injecting if I should need it? I am very wary about buying on line if it's something not proven to be effective or safe. Appreciate advice and also how much it costs. Thankyou

If you do need to buy online, the German pharmacies are excellent. As Eaoz says, Versandapo.de is good, and so is Amazon.de. Both have English translations of the sites. Postage is often quite expensive, but if you buy in bulk, it's still the same postage cost, so worth buying plenty if you can. Syringes (2 or 2.5ml) and needles (blue and green for IM) are cheap, so you should find that each injection costs about £1 all in. You'll need a sharps bin for the needles, and different areas of the country seem to have different rules about how to dispose of them - your local council's website will tell you. There are plenty of 'how to inject' videos on Youtube, and it's really very easy!
