Tinnitus and low b12

I noticed that I can hear low beep sounds which dosnt go away and the funny thing is it started after 1 and half month of taking b12 injections Which equals up to 16 injections. My question is how long does it take for this noise to go away? Has anyone recovered from this?

I have been injecting for about 5 months and I am feeling a lot better but still have a long way to go

My tinnitus went away really quickly after I started to supplement (oral pills). I still have it sometimes but it is scarce now.

But after two months of supplementation I still have some other symptoms, so maybe it is just a question of order
